Returns Policy

New Zealand consumer law protects you when shopping with Otakumart. Below are some specifics regarding it as well as extensions of it through Otakumart policy.

Otakumart DOES NOT accept returns in the event of customers changing their minds about their purchase.

Otakumart DOES NOT accept returns for items that have been damaged as a result of them being abused or used in a way that they are not intended. 

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair (at our discretion) if the goods or services we sell you are faulty. We also extend this in our Authenticity Policy. If the exceedingly rare case of either of these was to occur it will be the customer's responsibility to inform us of the issue and if required return the item to us at their expense (There may be some exceptions to this), details on doing this will be disclosed as required. Once the item has been returned to us it will be inspected by us or sent away to our supplier for further testing/inspection if required. An appropriate remedy will then be issued.
