Our Response to COVID-19

As you are, we’re keeping an eye on the developing COVID-19 Pandemic and its effect on our community. We’re prioritizing the health & safety of our team and customers while also trying to maintain a level of normality. Here are some things to take note of while we face this:

To reduce contact amongst our team, we’re currently operating on staggered shifts, reduced hours and doing as much work as possible from home. We have also separated our workspaces as much as possible. This does however impact our processing time.

NZpost changes mean that your local courier may not request signature for your parcel even though by default our parcels require signature, instead when delivering they will stand further back and request a name.

The impact of COVID-19 on the manufacturing sector worldwide has meant that there has been many delays in arrival of new stock, including that of pre-orders. We’ll do our best to notify those who have purchased delayed products as the updates come in.
