We got a little bit excited and released the new version of the site early so departments, such as “Trading Cards Singles”, will be gradually loaded in as there are still areas we wish to improve before we introduce them to our new site. We are still testing out our new features and completing the migration so there may be a few hiccups. If you encounter any problems please let us know! We will be happy to assist.
Users and Customers of the old Otakumart site
Otakumart users who had an account on our old site will still be able to use their account on the new version but please double check your details. Some accounts may also require password resets. Customers who made purchases on the old site can still view their orders on the old version here.
The old version of the site will be available for some time but purchasing will be disabled very soon and the rest of the functions will slowly go offline. If you require any information about past orders, everything should be included in your order email. If you have lost the email or require any more information, please contact us, we will be happy to help
