A product appearing on our website does not mean it is available for online purchase or reservation.

No Pre-Orders or Reservations

To keep things fair and simple, we do not offer pre-orders, holds or reservations for these high-demand products.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions, as doing so would be unfair to other customers.

In-Store Sales Only

When these products arrive, they will generally be sold in-store only on a first-come, first-served basis with limits.

For certain releases, promotions, or particularly limited products, sales may be restricted to customers participating in our organised in-store events. In these cases, stock may be available to event attendees only, with purchase limits still applying where necessary.

Online Availability

If stock remains healthy after the initial launch period (typically around one week after release), we may make remaining inventory available online. However, this is never guaranteed and depends entirely on stock levels and customer demand.

Restocks

We do not publicly announce restocks, shipment arrivals, or inventory levels for these products.

Our preference is to support our local customer community and regular visitors who shop with us throughout the year. As a result, stock may arrive and sell through without any public notification.
