Shipping Information
New Zealand: Courier (With tracking and signature): $7 for urban, $12 for rural, or free on orders over $200.
Australia, USA, Canada: Calculated at checkout, service standard and fee varies by weight.
Rest of the world: Contact us for a quote.
Not currently but we will offer this option in the future.
We typically pack orders within 1 working day of order placement or pre-order stock arriving.
We use 2 types of packaging for orders:
Boxes: Plain brown boxes are used for larger items such as Gundam and Figures. Bubble wrap and paper fill are used where possible to ensure products are adequately protected and won't move in transit.
r3pack satchels: Smaller items/orders such a trading card singles or markers are shipped in these. Product will be sandwiched between cardboard and wrap will be used when possible to keep products safe during transit.
Most orders are dispatched the next working day or if placed early enough, same day.
Delivery targets under normal circumstances:
New Zealand: 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Australia: Up to 14 working days after dispatch.

We dispatch orders at least once a day, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays. Pickup times vary but are usually around midday.
We do not have pickups on Sundays or public holidays.
99% of all orders ship via New Zealand Post.
International shipments may incur customs or duty fees. Please check with your local customs authority. Charges, duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the receiver.
We'll send you a tracking link once we have packed your order. You can either click the link there, from your account dashboard, or enter your tracking details in the NZpost tracking tool.
If your tracking says "Item on way to collection point" right after it was picked up, this means it is on the way to our local depot, check back later for further updates.
Returns, Refunds, Remedies
Unless we have specified no cancellations, yes you can, however cancellation fees may apply.
In most cases no.
In most cases we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for quality variation in mass produced products such as prize figures or Pop Vinyls. Minor issues are considered standard and are not covered by the manufacturers.
