We’re excited to now offer a Click & Collect service, allowing you to conveniently shop online and pick up your items in-store.

Click and collect will be free and available at our Pukekohe store located 230 King Street, Pukekohe, 2120!

Our system has two locations where our stock is stored:

  • Pukekohe Location (ready within 2 hours)
  • Warehouse Location (ready to collect next day)

If an item(s) is in-stock both in-store and at the warehouse, both options will show as available for Click & Collect.

  • Pukekohe Location: If item(s) is available in-store, it will be ready for collection usually within 2 hours, as long as the request is made during business hours.
  • Warehouse Location: If item(s) in your cart is only available in the warehouse, the option for Click & Collect will still show, but the item will be ready for pickup next business day (24 hours) as we have to transfer the stock to our Pukekohe store.

Important Notes:

  • If you have item(s) from both in-store and warehouse stock, you’ll see both Click & Collect options. Items that are in-store will be ready in 2 hours, while warehouse items will be ready for pickup the next business day.
  • Always wait for your confirmation email letting you know when your items are ready to be picked up to avoid disappointment. This email will come after your order confirmation email.
  • Please be ready to supply proof of purchase/ID on pickup if required.
  • Large card single orders may take an extra day or two to be ready for click and collect.

Further Information

Changing or Cancelling Your Order:

  • Before Pickup: If you need to modify or cancel your order before it’s ready, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed and prepared for pickup.
  • After Pickup: Once the order is collected, our returns/refunds rules apply.

No Pickup Time Limit

Once your order is paid for, we will not set a limit on how long you have to collect your items. Feel free to pick up your order at your convenience, as long as it's within our store’s operating hours. Although if it has been long enough we may contact you to ask if you still wish to keep the item(s).

Payment

If you have not paid for your order online, you can pay for your order in-store at time of collection. To use this option, please select bank deposit at checkout.

Pickup by Someone Else

If you are unable to pick up the order yourself, someone else can collect the items on your behalf. They will need to show a copy of the order confirmation.

Pre-orders

We will address pre-orders on a case to case basis but uur shipments from suppliers generally are freighted to our warehouse location which means it will take an extra day to be available for pick-up at our store location.

If an Item Becomes Unavailable:

  1. Before Your Collection:

    If you’ve selected an item for Click & Collect, and another customer purchases that same item in-store before you’ve had the chance to collect, we will:

    • Notify you immediately: You will receive an email as soon as we notice the item is no longer available.
    • Offer Alternatives: You will be given the option to:
      • Choose a replacement (if similar items are available).
      • Opt for a refund.
      • Wait for the item to be restocked (if applicable), and we will let you know when it’s ready for pickup.
  2. If You Prefer to Wait:

    If you prefer to wait for the item to be restocked, we will prioritize your Click & Collect order as soon as the item becomes available again.

  3. If You Choose to Cancel:

    If you no longer wish to proceed with the order, we will process a full refund and notify you when the cancellation is complete.

Why This Happens:

Our in-store stock is continuously updated as customers make purchases, and while we do our best to ensure availability for Click & Collect orders, there is a chance that items may be purchased by other customers before you’re able to collect.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we’re continuously working to improve our processes to ensure you have the best possible experience.
