We hope everyone is well despite the current situation we find ourselves in.
As many of you would have heard already, NZpost has announced another round of price increases effective 1st of October 2021. This is the third lot of increases the services we use have seen since the first level 4 lockdown in 2020, we’ve been absorbing the cost of the previous increases however we’ve determined with this upcoming increase, we cannot continue to do so and as such we will be adjusting pricing for some of our shipping methods as well as some service standards. These changes will come into affect on the 1st of October 2021.
NZ Wide Uninsured Envelope: $1.49 (Price Unchanged)
- No minimum order values.
- Maximum order subtotal of $10.00.
- Ideal for low value single card orders.
NZ Wide Small Tracked Satchel: $1.99 -> $2.99
- Minimum order subtotal of $5.00.
- Order subtotals over $10.00 will qualify for signature delivery. Subtotals under $10.00 will not.
NZ Wide Medium Tracked Satchel: $3.99 (Price Unchanged)
- Minimum order subtotal of $5.00.
- Order subtotals over $10.00 will qualify for signature delivery. Subtotals under $10.00 will not.
NZ Wide Tracked Parcel: $4.99 (Price unchanged)
- Minimum order subtotal of $10.00.
Free shipping NZ wide on all orders over $150
- Currently unchanged however we are considering increasing our free shipping threshold to $175.00 at a later date.
Australia wide options
- A general increase of approximately 8% will apply to all shipping options into Australia.
Please note: These changes will be implemented on a trial basis and will be reviewed (and possibly changed) at a later date. Any amendments will be added below.
